チョークアートとは？

オーストラリア発祥と言われているチョークアート。

カフェやレストランなどの看板によく使われる、色鮮やかで温かみのあるアートです。

黒い特殊なボードに、「オイルパステル」という画材を使って、一つひとつ手で描いていきます。

学校で使うチョークとは違い、手でこすっても簡単に消えることはありません。

鮮やかな色彩と、手描きならではの温かさ。

遠くからでも目を惹き、近くで見ると細かな質感や立体感を感じられる。

それが、チョークアートの魅力です。

チョークアートは、ただ色鮮やかな絵を描くだけではありません。

お店の前を通る人の目を惹いたり、大切な人との思い出を一枚に残したり、描く時間そのものを楽しんだり。

一枚の絵から、人の心が動く瞬間があります。

私は、そんなチョークアートの力に魅せられて、１０年以上描き続けています。

そして今は、描く人にも、見る人にも、心がほっとする時間を届けたい。

そんな想いで、チョークアートを描いています。

Chalk art is said to have originated in Australia.

It is a colorful and warm form of art often used for signs and menus at cafés, restaurants,

and other businesses.

Each piece is hand-drawn on a special black board using a medium called oil pastel.

Unlike the chalk used at school, it does not easily come off when touched or rubbed by hand.

Bright, vibrant colors combined with the warmth of hand-drawn artwork.

It catches the eye from a distance, while up close, you can appreciate the delicate textures and three-dimensional quality.

That is the beauty of chalk art.
